From "Grand Luxe" Boulmish

From Boulmish, eight colorful baked goods "Grand Luxe" will be released sequentially from September 1st. Available at department stores, station building specialty stores, and online shops nationwide.

"Grand Luxe" means "luxury, luxurious". Eight kinds of discerning baked goods that condense the traditional techniques and recipes of Boulmish such as Madeleine and Financier will appear.

"Madeleine Brown" is a madeleine that is moist and softly baked using sugar that makes the most of the simple flavor and umami of sugar cane. "Financier pistachio" is a pistachio financier, also known as the queen of nuts. The salt from the Guérande salt pans in Brittany, France is added to the accent.

"Strawberry cake" has a sweet scent of strawberries and a gentle taste that spreads in your mouth. Moist mouthfeel. "Financier Chocolat" is a financier baked with butter, almond powder and Belgian cocoa mass. You can enjoy a faint bitter taste.
