The new sweets brand "Doré" will open on March 31st on the second basement floor of Hankyu Umeda Main Store in Osaka. We develop sweets with golden peanuts as the leading role.

The peanuts used in the sweets of Dre are the beans of "Mamekoro Ikemiya" who have been processing peanuts for three generations in Yachimata. While being involved in the production sites of contract farmers, we are particular about the natural drying and shelling that brings out the flavor, and it is characterized by the richness and sweetness that remains in the aftertaste and the pleasant texture. Dre uses "semi-standing", which is especially rare among many varieties.

◆ Dre Financier
A moist financier made by adding peanut paste, charred butter, and almond poodle to the dough. Peanut dice are added to the accent, and you can fully enjoy the sweetness and aroma of peanuts. The price is 1,188 yen for 5 pieces and 2,376 yen for 10 pieces (tax included, same below).


◆ Dre Sable
A cute peanut-shaped sable. The buttered sable and peanut dice are combined and baked crispy. The price is 1,080 yen for 10 pieces and 2,160 yen for 20 pieces.


◆ Dre chiffon cake
A chiffon cake made by wrapping fragrant peanut custard cream in a moist dough. Topped with fresh cream made by adding soybean flour to Hokkaido milk as a secret ingredient. The scent of peanuts spreads throughout your mouth. The price is 864 yen per piece.


◆ Dre soft serve ice cream
Mix peanut chocolate with milk flavored soft serve ice cream and top with peanut dice. Peanuts chocolate is included to the bottom of the corn, so you can enjoy the last bite. The price is 495 yen for corn / 880 yen for special.


◆ Dre Peanut Butter
Fresh butter made from Yachimata peanuts as a paste at the store. You can enjoy the original sweetness and mellow aroma of peanuts. The price is 100g (3.53oz) 432 yen.
