This is the first time a new flavor has been created since the "Kurumikko" was created about 40 years ago. The formula has been adjusted to balance the flavors so that the walnut, caramel, rose, and raspberry, which are the characteristics of each candy, are not just mixed together.

They are also baked using a different process than regular walnuts to produce a beautiful rose color. The rose aroma and raspberry acidity are reminiscent of Ispahan, and the bitterness of the walnut caramel and the texture of the walnut are in perfect harmony, creating a new taste experience.

The package design was inspired by the story of "Mr. Squirrel going to Paris for training," as Kamakura Beniya's "Kurumicco" is a Kamakura brand and Pierre Hermé Paris' "Ispahan" is a Parisian brand.

On the side of the product, you can see "Squirrel-kun" making Kurumikko in Kamakura and "Squirrel-kun" making macarons in Paris. The view from the window of the manufacturing factory also depicts the cities of Kamakura and Paris, with the difference in time zones creating a daytime and nighttime view, respectively.

In addition to the outer box, the film design inside has also been changed for the first time. It depicts "Squirrel-kun" dressed as a pastry chef.
