This curry is inspired by the French dish "Ratatouille". This curry contains a lot of colorful southern European vegetables such as red and yellow bell peppers and zucchini. The daily requirement of vegetables is 350g (12.35oz) as recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.


It has a natural taste, stir-fried with garlic and olive oil, then simmered in tomatoes. Curry spices are added to the tomato stew that is packed with flavor, and the curry sauce is addictive and delicious.
