Shake Shack restaurants will start selling "Curry Shack" and "Curry Fries," original Japanese menu items supervised by Eri Saito, owner of SPICY CURRY ROKO, on July 26.

An original curry sauce blended with several spices was developed for the two new products. The sauce goes well with Shake Shack's signature juicy beef patties and fried fries, which are crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside, and can be enjoyed with the aroma of authentic spices.

Hormone-free 100% Angus beef patty, mozzarella cheese, fried onions, original curry sauce, pickled carrots, and lettuce sandwiched in a bun. The curry sauce, which enhances the flavor of the beef patty and mozzarella cheese, is a blend of garam masala, black pepper, and red chili pepper, all well-known ingredients in curry, providing a spicy taste with a pleasant aroma of spices.

The fried onions are marinated in Shack Meister Ale, Shake Shack's original beer, before being fried, which adds a savory and sweet onion flavor. In addition, the finely chopped pickled carrots, carefully prepared in a spicy pickling liquid with garlic and red pepper, provide a nice crunchy accent. This topping is inspired by the image of Lu Co's curry, which is mixed with side dishes.

Available from July 26 to mid-September. Prices are 1,133 yen for a single (tax included, same below) and 1,518 yen for a double.

Simple crinkle-cut fries, crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside, topped with spice-scented curry sauce, savory fried onions and green onions. The freshly fried crispy fries and original curry sauce are a perfect match. The generous portion allows you to enjoy it even if you share. It also goes well with beer, a perfect combination for the hot summer season.

Available from July 26 to mid-September. Price is 836 yen.
