Based on the aromatic "special two-step bouillon" that is the hallmark of the Ginza Curry series, the retort curry is made to be eaten at room temperature while maintaining the deep flavor of the mellow and smooth roux, fried onions, and exquisite blend of spices. By reducing the amount of beef fat compared to the "Ginza Curry" series and adding vegetable oil, the sauce is light and refreshing even without heating.
