Box Domburi Set (Dazaifu Sando Design) "Ichiran Stacked Box Domburi Set (Dazaifu Sando Design)" is a limited quantity item available only at the Fukuoka Dazaifu Sando Store.

According to Ichiran, the Dazaifu Sando Store is an auspicious store with a "pass the exam" theme inside. The store is also known for its "Pass the Entrance Exam" theme, which is at the bottom of the menu. The set includes an Ichiran bowl of rice topped with a special message "Pass" or "Hissho" on the bottom of the bowl. The contents are as follows

Fukuran

2023

Half-boiled salted egg "Fukuran" is a lucky combination of "Fuku" for happiness, "orchid" for Ichiran, and "egg" for eggs.

According to Ichiran, eggs laid during the period between Shochun and Setsubun are called "cold eggs," and eating them is said to bring good health, money, and financial fortune. Half-boiled salted eggs cooked with cold eggs will be available.

Priced at 140 yen per egg, some stores will offer a 4-pack with a special to-go pack for 560 yen. The product will be on sale from January 16 to February 3, 2023.

Ichiran Fresh G

inger Spice "Fresh Ginger Spice" is a winter-only topping. When combined with the red secret sauce, the spiciness is mellowed and the synergy of tonkotsu ramen and the aroma of ginger can be enjoyed. Order the usual amount of red secret sauce and add fresh ginger spice to enjoy the change in spiciness and depth of flavor.

Ichiran's tonkotsu (pork bone) soup is made by taking the time to carefully remove the excess scum that gives the soup its unique smell and extracting only its umami (flavor). However, a new ginger-based topping has been added to the menu in hopes of warming the body a little during the cold season.


At Ichiran, the entire menu is conceived around the noodles, soup, and red secret sauce, and the "raw ginger spice" is designed to go well with them first and foremost. Store "Ichiran Shizuoka SBS Street Store" will open this winter in Suruga-ku, Shizuoka City, Shizuoka Prefecture. This will be the third Ichiran restaurant in Shizuoka Prefecture, following the Shizuoka Ekimae and Hamamatsu restaurants that opened in 2012, and the first in the prefecture in 10 years.

The restaurant will be the first Ichiran restaurant in the Chubu region to introduce a "moving vacant seat information board" using animation so that customers can see at a glance when a seat is vacant. Customers can check the status of congestion and waiting time in real time. It will also be the first restaurant in Shizuoka Prefecture to install a cashless ticket vending machine.

The points can be exchanged for refried eggs and topping vouchers. The points are different from Ichiran mail order points.

During the campaign period, the amount of points earned will increase to 20 points per time. Points can be earned with immediate registration. This campaign will be held in the summer of 2022, when the rainy season has ended earlier than usual in many areas and the hot days are likely to last longer than usual, to help people survive the heat wave with hot and delicious ramen.

"Passing Ramen" is an auspicious menu item that can be ordered only at the Dazaifu Sando branch in Fukuoka. It features Ichiran's special 59cm (gokaku) noodles, which are more than twice the size of regular noodles.

The menu is prepared in honor of "Passing the Examination Day (May 9)," an anniversary recognized by the Japan Anniversary Association upon application by Ichiran to support those who are taking on various challenges, such as entrance exams and qualification exams.


Passing Donburi Set - Matsu

"Passing Donburi Set - Matsu" will be sold in limited quantities at the official online store. The "Pass Donburi Set" was first sold out on the same day as the first mail order in 2021, so it will be available again.

The "Pass the Entrance Exam Day (May 9)," a commemorative day recognized by the Japan Anniversary Association upon application by Ichiran, is intended to help people who are striving to achieve their goals, such as entrance exams, employment exams, and qualification exams, to pass their examinations.

Also included is a pentagonal (gokaku) shaped rice bowl used exclusively at the Dazaifu Sando store in Fukuoka. Each bowl is handmade by Arita-yaki porcelain craftsmen. Ichiran Mito Store is the first store in Ibaraki Prefecture. The restaurant is also equipped with a system that includes a vacancy information board and an order form. Another feature is the ingenious use of lighting when serving ramen.



The restaurant is located right next to the "Yoshida Elementary School South" intersection on Route 50, and has a parking lot with 37 spaces. It is also a 2-minute walk from the Yoshida Shogakko-mae bus stop on the Kanto Railway Bus.
