I actually tried the side dish "Hokkaido Famous Thick Miso Butter Corn Ramen" sold by Kura Sushi. The price is 450 yen (tax included).
Hokkaido's famous thick miso butter corn ramenHokkaido's famous thick miso butter corn ramen is a ramen topped with green onions, butter, pork and corn. It comes with grated garlic as an optional extra.
The butter in the center of the dish melts slowly and matches the flavor of the miso. Overall, the flavor is mild and easy to eat. Personally, I would have liked a little more richness from the miso, but the lack of peculiarity makes it a flavor that children will enjoy.
Plenty of corn and crunchy spring onions. And the pork chashu is huge! Add some grated garlic to change the taste at first, and the taste will become more appetizing. The noodles are also easy to slurp up and feel good down your throat.
Kurazushi's side dish, "Hokkaido Famous Thick Miso Butter Corn Ramen," is perfect for cold days. Why don't you give it a try?
