2 slices of raw potato starch 2 teaspoons1/4 green onion * Grated garlic including blue part, grated ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of Chinese soup
1 teaspoon soy sauce
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
How to make Tara Chili Sauce
Finely chop the green onions.Cut the raw sardines into two equal parts, put them in a frying pan, and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of potato starch.
Add chopped green onions, grated garlic, grated ginger, Chinese soup base, soy sauce, tomato ketchup and 3/4 cup of water to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
After boiling, simmer for about 5 minutes while mixing again with a spatula so that it does not burn.
