Natto Hosomaki Sushi with Kodawari Natto

This easy-to-eat, bite-sized natto fine roll sushi is made with special soy sauce and flavor extracts from bonito and kelp to enhance the taste of low-temperature-aged natto. The number of nattomaki rolls has been increased by approximately 40%, and two bags of "dashi shoyu" (Japanese soup stock) have been added separately to ensure that the nattomaki is delicious to the last bite. Tartar Chicken Nanban

Famichiki

The weight of the very popular, signature Famichiki has been increased by approximately 40%. You can enjoy the crispy texture of the batter and the delicious flavor of the soft and juicy chicken. The price is 220 yen.

Shumai & Sweet & Sour Meatballs

A combination of the popular Chinese delicacy shaomai and meat dumplings. The content has been increased by approximately 40%. The price is 468 yen.

Ham Katsu Sandwich

A three-layer ham and pork cutlet sandwich. It is seasoned with vegetable and apple sweet sauce and mustard mayonnaise. The amount of ham and pork cutlet has been increased by approximately 40%. The price is 288 yen.

Week 3 (August 15 - )

Seared Beef Kalbi Stack with Special Sauce

Beef ribs are seared over an open flame to give them a savory flavor and topped with a special sauce made from gochujang (red pepper paste), sweet soy sauce, and other ingredients. Pasta Salad with Roasted Chicken
