"Oyster Champon" and "Takana Half Fried Rice" will be on sale from October 12th at the Nagasaki Champon specialty store "Ringer Hut" (excluding some stores).

Oyster Champon

Ringer Hut's classic autumn / winter champon with four savory outside and four creamy grilled oysters inside. Harima Nada oysters, which are characterized by their generous umami and responsiveness, are served by baking them in soy milk cream butter after receiving an order.


The "special miso soup", which is a mixture of two types of red and white miso and sesame seeds, brings out the flavor of oysters and domestic vegetables, giving it a rich and deep taste. From this year, it is newly added with grilled seaweed from Harima Nada like oysters to make it more flavorful.

The price is 720 yen for small and 980 yen for regular (tax included, same below). 1.5 times the amount of noodles is +50 yen, and 2 times is +100 yen. Low-carb noodle change is +100 yen. In the case of To go, the container fee will be 30 yen.

Mobile order service and delivery service will be on sale from October 19th. Delivery services have different prices.

Takana Han Charhan

A half-fried rice limited to autumn and winter, with plenty of takana from Kyushu. It has a rich aroma and goes well with special miso soup. The price is 390 yen for a single item and 380 yen for a set. In the case of To go, the container fee will be 10 yen. Mobile order service and delivery service are not supported.
