Contains 8 kinds of brightly colored Japanese vegetables, including Brussels sprouts and rape blossoms

. The menu was created by actress Rino Katase as part of a new menu development project for the TV program "Monday No Kaeru, Oumi ni Shiranai (Monday Frogs Know the Ocean). The dish was sold at Ringer Hut Saitama Yoshino Store for one day only, and it won first place in sales.

Eight different kinds of Japanese vegetables are used in this colorful dish: Brussels sprouts, rape blossoms, broccoli, green beans, red bell peppers, corn, pumpkin, and carrots. This is the first time that Brussels sprouts have been used at Ringer Hut. Rino Katase, the creator of the dish, is very particular about this ingredient. The texture of the Brussels sprouts and the slight bitterness in the sweetness give the dish a spring-like flavor. In Hokkaido, broccoli is added in place of Brussels sprouts, and bitter melon is used in place of Brussels sprouts at stores in Okinawa.

Ringer Hut's original tonkotsu (pork bone) soup with a generous amount of Hokkaido cream has been added to create a mild and rich flavor. The dish is tailored to be a perfect match with spring vegetables, both in taste and appearance.

Mentaiko (cod roe), a local Kyushu delicacy, was added as a topping on top of the spring vegetables, adding a tangy accent. By dissolving it into the soup little by little, you can enjoy the change in flavor.
