I tried Ringer Hut's seasonal menu "Kaki Champon". Two grains of Setouchi oysters, which are condensed with umami, spread the aroma throughout the miso-made soup and make you feel the rich taste of seafood.
The price is 605 yen (tax included, same below). Although it is a small size, there is enough volume for a light lunch. If you want to eat a lot for dinner, we recommend a set of 5 gyoza for 759 yen.
Oyster champon appears every fall and winter, but this year too, it's a delicious finish. The surface of the oyster is crisp with "freshly baked", but the inside is plump. The scent rises from the bowl and gradually exudes into the soup.
If you take one, you will feel a stronger scent and a strong umami. Even though the amount of noodles, soup, and usual champon ingredients is much larger, I am surprised that the individuality of the roasting is overwhelming.
Yuzukosho comes with it, so if you put it on the oysters to your liking or dissolve it in the soup that has a gentle mouthfeel, it will give you a citrus scent that will slip through your nose and a refreshing spiciness. You can enjoy it. Even if you taste the roasted rice with Yuzukosho, you won't lose.
The soup, which is a mixture of two types of red and white miso and sesame seeds, has a rich and delicious taste, but it only complements the roasting. Miso's habit is not so strong. Just entangle it firmly in the noodles and squeeze it with the ingredients to make it feel relieved and warm from the moment you feel hungry. The menu is perfect for cold days.
