RingerHut Saari Champon and Saari Sara Udon Ringer Hut will introduce new "Saari Champon" and "Saari Sara Udon" with wasabi greens as part of the domestic vegetables and a separate wasabi dressing, which will be available sequentially from February 13, 2023, and can be ordered at all stores on February 17.
Vegetables with Wasabi Dressing RenewedThe standard menu item in the "Saari" series of "Mogu Veggie Shokudo," which allows customers to enjoy domestic vegetables, has been renewed. 290 g of 10 kinds of domestic vegetables are used.
This is the first time wasabi greens are used. This leafy vegetable is in season in early spring and is characterized by its refreshing flavor similar to that of wasabi. It is attracting attention as a new vegetable, originating from "mustard greens," a species native to Kyushu. The crisp aftertaste of wasabi-gai is enhanced when combined with tonkotsu (pork bone) based chanpon soup, which brings out the flavor of the vegetable, or with the less sweet Sara-udon bean paste.
In addition, a special "Wasabi Dressing" has been newly developed to match the flavor of the wasabi greens. It is served separately and the spiciness can be adjusted to taste.
