Here is a summary of new menu items released in 2022 at Ringer Hut stores. Includes To go (to-go), prices, and release dates for limited-time-only champon, Sara Udon, and other dishes. Information will be updated as needed.

With the smartphone stamp card "Zeetle," free coupons will be issued as you accumulate stamps: 5 stamps get you 3 thin-skinned gyoza and 10 stamps get you a bowl of Nagasaki chanpon (Nagasaki Sara Udon). One stamp per visit (limited to orders of noodles and set meals).

In addition to mobile ordering, which allows customers to order and To go food from their smartphones, customers can also use Delivery Kan, Uber Eats, and menu as delivery services (limited to some stores).

At the "Frozen Food Direct Vending Point" and "Frozen Product Vending Machine," customers can purchase Ringer Hat's frozen products such as frozen chanpon, frozen Sara Udon, chapolitan, gyoza, fried rice, etc. at any time. Champon Soup

Ringer Hut's first tube-type all-purpose seasoning, a grab bag exclusive that is not sold to the general public. A faithful reproduction of the soup used in stores, it has a rich flavor filled with the umami of tonkotsu (pork bone) and seafood. The concentrated type allows you to make your favorite thickness of chanpon soup and enjoy various arrangements such as stir-fried vegetables and fried rice. 1 package.

Noodle: A limited edition set of semi-raw noodles and soup, not normally sold at Ringer Hut. One serving.

Autumn Colorful Champon

: Colorful vegetables such as red bell peppers, pumpkins, mini-tomatoes, corn, komatsuna, and kale are added to the vegetables used in regular chanpon (Okinawa stores use bitter melon instead of kale).


The soup is made with hot and sour hot sauce, a well-balanced combination of sour and spicy flavors. The soup is thickened and full of flavor so that the domestic vegetables can be enjoyed to the end. It goes well with vinegar, raayu (Chinese chili oil), and pepper on the table.

The product will go on sale sequentially from September 5. The price is 790 yen for less noodles (100g (3.53oz)) and 890 yen for regular noodles (200g (7.05oz)). The amount of noodles can be increased, with an additional 50 yen for 1.5 times the amount and 100 yen for twice the amount. The noodles can be changed to low-sugar noodles for an additional 150 yen.

: Red hot-and-sour soup and colorful Japanese vegetables. Priced at 790 yen for less noodles and 890 yen for regular. Double the amount of noodles for an additional 100 yen.

Sour Tsukimi Champon

: Sour hot-and-sour soup and Japanese vegetables, topped with a half-boiled egg to resemble the image of the moon for a mellower taste.


Priced at 890 yen for less noodles and 990 yen for regular. An additional 50 yen for 1.5 times the amount of noodles and 100 yen for twice the amount. Low-sugar noodles are available for an additional 150 yen. No To go, delivery service not available.

with hot and sour soup, Japanese vegetables, and a half-boiled egg.


Priced at 890 yen for less noodles, 990 yen for regular, and 100 yen for double the amount of noodles. To go is not available. Delivery service is not available.

Chilled Champon with Summer Vegetables and Pork Shabu

is the first menu item to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Ringer Hut Group. This chilled chanpon with plenty of summer vegetables features chilled pork shabu shabu dressed with spicy miso paste and a broth scented with white sesame and peanuts.


Priced at 790 yen for less noodles (100g (3.53oz)), 890 yen for regular (300g (10.58oz)), and 990 yen for more noodles (400g (14.11oz)). To go available.

Bean Sprouts and Eggplant Champon

The second product on Ringer Hat's summer menu, "Chilled Champon," will go on sale in 2021. The chilled tonkotsu (pork bone) soup champon is topped with hot and spicy eggplant, and this year the amount of eggplant has been increased by 25% from last year.


Seven kinds of Japanese vegetables, including seasonal eggplant, are used. The hot eggplant is carefully cut and baked in the restaurant, then tossed in a homemade hot bean paste sauce deepened with miso sauce, and served cold before serving.

The noodles are homemade chanpon noodles with a sticky texture that goes well with the cold soup. The noodles are cold-water boiled so that they do not lose their texture even when taken out.

Scallion

and scallop chanpon with umami broth

: Scallops are grilled to perfection in butter and soy sauce and topped with the delicious flavor of scallion broth. Available in Hokkaido, Tohoku, and Kanto (except Narita International Airport Terminal 3).


The product will go on sale sequentially from February 28, 2012. The price is 890 yen for regular noodles (200g (7.05oz)) and 690 yen for less noodles (100g (3.53oz)). For an additional 50 yen, the amount of noodles can be increased by 1.5 times, for an additional 100 yen, the amount of noodles can be doubled, and for an additional 100 yen, the noodles can be changed to low-sugar noodles.

Chanpon

with scallion and squid soup base, with seasonal scallion and squid added. You can enjoy the firm texture of surumeika. Sold in Chukyo, Kansai, and Shikoku.


Sequential sales will begin on February 28. Priced at 890 yen for regular (200 g of noodles) and 690 yen for small (100 g of noodles). The amount of noodles can be doubled for an additional 50 yen, doubled for an additional 100 yen, or changed to low-sugar noodles for an additional 100 yen.

Champon noodles

with a delicious asari clam broth. Available in Chugoku, Kyushu, and Okinawa.


On sale sequentially from February 28. Priced at 890 yen for regular (200 g of noodles) and 690 yen for small (100 g of noodles). For an additional 50 yen, the amount of noodles can be increased by 1.5 times; for an additional 100 yen, the amount of noodles can be doubled; and for an additional 100 yen, the noodles can be changed to low-sugar noodles.

Yuzu-scented Chinese cabbage champon

: Seasonal domestic Chinese cabbage and fragrant yuzu are intertwined in a thick chicken white soup. You can also enjoy a change of flavor with the special dashi vinegar.


The regular bowl contains 160 grams of seasonal domestic Chinese cabbage, while the small bowl contains 80 grams. The core is cooked thoroughly to give it a soft texture, and the leaves are cooked quickly to give them a crispy texture.

The price is 690 yen for small (100g (3.53oz) noodles) and 890 yen for regular (200g (7.05oz)). Available until late February.
