Tempura sushi such as "Shrimp Tennigiri", "Gorgeous Squid Ten", and "Shrimp Tenmaki" have been popular, but they have a crispy and light texture, a taste that makes the ingredients stand out, and more than ever when they are fried. Aiming for a flowery batter and a crispy texture, we have developed a tempura flour that is an original blend of kappa sushi selected from the base wheat flour. A slight salty taste is added to enhance the taste of the ingredients such as the seafood ingredients that we are proud of. Rice flour is also included to make the batter melt in the mouth.

Dusting is an important process to bring out the flavor of the material. By sieving each time, it is always kept smooth. We consider the batter liquid for tempura to be "raw" as well as the sushi ingredients, so we prepare it in a smaller amount than before the renewal and keep it refrigerated until an order is placed to thoroughly manage the freshness.
