No More Wrapping Mixed Gyoza

In the new products section of the supermarket, I found a product that caught my attention. It is "No more wrapping mixed gyoza" from Showa Sangyo. I actually bought it and tried to make it! The price was 198 yen (tax not included).

The "No More Wrapping Gyoza" is a mix for unwrapping gyoza simply by mixing ground meat, cabbage, chives, and other gyoza ingredients with water and baking. The product is characterized by a crispy texture that is just like skin without the skin, and does not require seasoning or wrapping. You can enjoy delicious mixed gyoza.

How does it taste?

I baked it on time, but the surface of my one got slightly burnt. I recommend baking it while watching it from time to time!

The surface of the dough is crispy, and you can taste the flavor of chives and meat. It certainly has a dumpling-like quality to it! However, I had the impression that it was more like a pancake than a dumpling, although I had a feeling of this from the time it was being baked. It has a flavor that makes you want to drink more.

I was told that 100 g of minced pork is required, but personally, I thought that adding a little more would make it more like a gyoza...? Personally, I thought it would be more like gyoza if a little more was added. If you dip them in your favorite sauce, you can enjoy them with both rice and sake!

No more wrapping! It is also recommended as a nighttime snack. Why don't you pick one up when you see it?
