I want to grab a beer with Gyoza, but it's a hassle to wrap the bean paste in the skin and bake it. In such a case, I would like to recommend "Infinite Gyoza"!
Instead of wrapping it in skin, it is a menu of Zubora delight that you eat with bean paste on top of bean sprouts. It's so delicious that the chopsticks won't stop!
● Materials
Click here for what to prepare. I refer to Asahi's recipe.Minced pork 100g (3.53oz)
1 cabbage, 1/2 bunch of leek, 1 bag of bean sprouts, chili oil, soy sauce, vinegar, vinegar
● How to make
Cut the cabbage into julienne and the leek into small pieces. Also, boil the bean sprouts or wrap them and heat them in a 600W microwave oven for about 3 minutes.Put minced meat in a frying pan heated with salad oil (not included in the amount) and fry.
When the meat is cooked, add the cut cabbage and leeks to the empty space of the frying pan and fry.
Transfer to a bowl, add chili oil, soy sauce, and vinegar to eat, mix roughly, and put on bean sprouts to complete!
● What is the taste?
What a mess ... I can't stop chopsticks. The crispy and fresh bean sprout texture goes best with the savory bean paste with leek, garlic and chili oil. A perfect balance between the spicy spiciness and the deliciousness of the meat. The sourness of vinegar is also a point.
It may be the secret to make it delicious by adding the seasoning to be mixed with the ingredients to the taste of the sauce you are eating. Please try the taste of each home.
