1, stir-fried hamburger bowl

A hamburger that both children and adults love. But the work of kneading and rolling ... is a little troublesome, isn't it? So this is the Zubora recipe! Put chopped onions and minced meat in a frying pan, mix water and mayonnaise, and fry while entwining. When the meat is loosened and cooked, add ketchup, sauce and salt and pepper to taste, and serve on rice to complete!

good! The deliciousness of the meat is complemented by the sweet and sour ketchup and sauce. The sweetness of onions that leaves a crispy feeling. It looks shabby, but when chewed, the mouth becomes completely hamburger. There's no reason this doesn't go well with white rice! Even if you put melted cheese or hot spring eggs on it to increase the volume.

2, whole potato salad

A simple recipe that eliminates the process of boiling and crushing potatoes. Wrap the whole washed potatoes in kitchen paper and plastic wrap while still wet and microwave. In the meantime, cut the cucumber and ham into cubes and mix with salt and pepper and mayonnaise. When the potatoes are soft, make a cross cut and add cucumber and ham to finish!

This is really addictive! The sweetness of Hook Hoku potatoes is complemented by the sourness of mayonnaise and the moderate saltiness. Cucumbers and moist ham dance in your mouth, and the texture is a little different from the usual potato salad. The point to taste more delicious is to eat potatoes hot!

3, chawanmushi with the remaining juice of cup noodles

Put the remaining juice of the cup noodles in a heat-resistant container such as a mug, add the eggs and mix. Cover with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave for a few minutes. When the surface is fluffy, it is complete. How simple!

When I try to eat it, this is delicious. When you put it in your mouth, it melts and the richness and flavor of the soup spreads. Combined with eggs, the junk feel is a little understated, making it easy to eat. The texture and umami of the remaining ingredients that appear occasionally add to the luxurious feeling, and the "chawanmushi" is completed more than you can imagine!

4, Instant Marvo Bowl

Zubora recipe using the familiar "eaten chili oil". Drain the silken tofu and divide it into bite-sized pieces with a spoon. Add the chili oil and salt to eat here and mix them roughly, then serve on rice and sprinkle with small onions and dried bonito flakes.

This is insanely easy and insanely delicious ...! The richness of tofu that melts smoothly, the spiciness of chili oil, and the scent of garlic that comes with it are the best match! I can't stop eating with just the right amount of salt. It is delicious whether you eat it cold on cold rice or heat it in the microwave.

5, infinite gyoza

Easy gyoza that does not wrap in skin. It is a sloppy menu that you eat with bean paste on top of bean sprouts. Fry the minced meat, shredded cabbage, and chopped leek in a frying pan. Add the chili oil, soy sauce, and salt to eat here and mix them roughly, then put a generous amount on the boiled bean sprouts and you're done!

This is the deliciousness that chopsticks really won't stop! The crispy and fresh bean sprout texture goes best with the savory bean paste with leek, garlic and chili oil. A perfect balance of spicy spiciness, delicious meat, and sour vinegar. I think the secret to making it delicious is to always add the seasoning to be mixed with the ingredients to make it taste like the sauce you are eating. Try it with your own taste!
