From "Andrew's Egg Tart", a luxurious seasonal tart "Spring Strawberry" using plenty of fresh domestic strawberries will be on sale for a limited time. The sale period is from March 3rd to May 31st. The price is 380 yen (excluding tax). Sales will end as soon as the quantity reaches each day.

"Spring Strawberry" is a tart that uses a generous amount of sweet and sour strawberry cream and fluffy fresh cream on the base tart, and uses 1.5 luxuriously fresh strawberries. The decoration of the final process is carefully finished one by one by the staff of the shop.

The base tart is a dish baked with three layers of strawberry compote, strawberry cream, and original custard cream. On top of that, I boldly put three smooth creams with a nice texture and half-cut strawberries. When you eat a bite, you can enjoy the refreshing strawberry scent that fills your mouth and the harmony of moderate acidity and sweetness. It is a seasonal tart that can only be tasted in this season.
