"Spring Strawberry" is a tart that uses a generous amount of sweet and sour strawberry cream and fluffy fresh cream on the base tart, and uses 1.5 luxuriously fresh strawberries. The decoration of the final process is carefully finished one by one by the staff of the shop.

The base tart is a dish baked with three layers of strawberry compote, strawberry cream, and original custard cream. On top of that, I boldly put three smooth creams with a nice texture and half-cut strawberries.
