The cake will be on sale for two days only on March 21 (Tue., holiday) and March 22 (Wed.). The price is 1,300 yen per piece (tax included).

Café COMSA designates the 22nd of each month as "Shortcake Day. The day was chosen because the calendar has the 15th on top of the 22nd and strawberries (15th) are on top of the 22nd. This month, to coincide with the cherry blossoms in full bloom, the shortcake is inspired by the image of radiantly blooming cherry petals.

Strawberries are cut to resemble cherry petals. Strawberries are cut to resemble cherry petals, filled with flavorful cherry bean paste cream, and decorated to resemble cherry blossoms in full bloom. This gorgeous looking cake is a perfect accompaniment to cherry blossom viewing.

In order to deliver fresh taste, the amount of sugar used in the cream is reduced to bring out the true flavor of the fruit. All cakes are made by our patissier on the morning of the day with the utmost care.
