"Mixed Shake Strawberry [

3.6% strawberry pulp]" Mos Burger will sell "Mixed Shake Strawberry [3.6% strawberry pulp]" from Friday, March 24 to late May (except at some stores). The price is 340 yen for the S size and 420 yen for the M size (tax included).

The

"Skyberry" variety, which was developed by the Strawberry Research Institute, a strawberry research institute in Tochigi Prefecture, and registered as a variety in 2014, is used. The production volume of these strawberries is small and precious, but demand for commercial use was declining due to the impact of the new coronavirus, so we were asked last year if we could create a product using these "Skyberry" strawberries, which led to the development of the "Mixed Shake Strawberry" product.

The product was launched last March for a limited time and sold 850,000 servings in about two months. This year, products using "SkyBerry" will be available again.

Skyberry" is a very large berry with a high percentage of berries weighing more than 25 grams each, and has a mild taste with a good balance of sweetness and sourness. The vanilla shake is combined with a rich strawberry sauce made from "Skyberry" produced in Tochigi Prefecture.


Grated figs with their peels are added for a richer strawberry flavor. The strawberry sauce and vanilla shake are mixed together and enjoyed. The sweet and sour strawberry flavor is perfect for spring.
