Colomban will offer limited time offerings for spring. The new items are "Cherry Blanc", "Cherry Chiffon Cake", "Spring Strawberry Mousse", and "Strawberry Roll Cake".

Cherry

Blanc "Cherry Blanc" is made of joconde pastry topped with fromage mousse and griotte cherry jelly with just the right acidity, and topped with a white bean paste-based cherry cream in the style of Mont Blanc. Wrapped in salted Izu Oshima cherry leaves, this seasonal cheesecake looks like a sakura mochi (rice cake with cherry blossoms), and is sure to bring out the Japanese spirit.

Chiffon Cake "Cherry Blossom Chiffon Cake" is a moist and fluffy cherry blossom flavored chiffon pastry filled with cherry blossom flavored diplomat cream and topped with a dome of bavarois flavored with vanilla bean and kirish. The cherry blossom-flavored vanilla cream is squeezed to resemble cherry blossoms in full bloom.

Spring Strawberry

Mousse

"Spring Strawberry Mousse" is a sweet and sour strawberry jelly wrapped in a milky strawberry mousse with a gentle sweetness. Both the gelée and the mousse are made with strawberry fruit and puree, and the flavor of strawberries fills your mouth the moment you eat it. A flower made of chocolate is decorated on the top, creating a light heart shape.

Strawberry

Roll Cake "Strawberry Roll Cake" is made by rolling up strawberry cream with pulp in a moist dough with a vanilla flavor. You can enjoy the taste of sweet and sour strawberry cream and rolled dough. Approximately 12 cm long.
