Green Pepper and Egg with Salted Kelp
Ingredients (for 2 or 3 persons)
5 green peppers2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon sake
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons mirin
1 teaspoon salad oil
about 10g (0.35oz) salted kelp
Directions
Beat eggs in a bowl, add salt and mirin, and mix together. Heat salad oil in a frying pan and make fried eggs. Remove from the bowl and set aside.Wash the peppers, remove the seeds, and slice them crosswise into strips.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and add green bell pepper. Sprinkle with sake and fry until water is absorbed.
Add the fried green pepper and salted kelp to the bowl with the roasted egg, and mix together.
