Ingredients (for 2 persons)

200g (7.05oz) lotus root
about 2 tablespoons potato starch
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tablespoon each of sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce
A pinch of white sesame seeds

How to make

Wash lotus root and cut into 1cm slices. You can peel the skin off or not.
