Kourakuen "Tsukemen Eat Comparison Set

The ramen chain "Korakuen" is now offering a limited-time menu item called "Tsukemen Tsurekasen Set", which comes with two kinds of soup: thick seafood soup and light soup. It is available from September 3 to 16.

The price is 800 yen (tax included). Kourakuen is celebrating its 66th anniversary with a "Super Establishment Festival" campaign until September 27th, and several limited edition menus are available. The first was "Meat Tsukemen" and "Sauce Mazemen", the second was "Chicken Hakuyu Ramen", and this is the third.

The "Tsukemen Eating Comparison Set" includes both Kourakuen's "Tsukemen" and "Thick Seafood Tsukemen" in one package. The former tsukemen is characterized by its rich and umami soup with a combination of moderate sourness and spiciness. The latter, thick seafood tsukemen, uses dried bonito flakes and kombu seaweed to create a thick, flavorful soup with plenty of seafood flavor.

The two types of soup can be mixed little by little to enjoy the different flavors. The combination of cold noodles and hot soup is also available.
