A sweet that combines a cake with a soft texture using Uji matcha and Sushiro's original topping "Betsubara Cream", which has a refreshing taste. This is the 8th product using "Betsubara Cream".

The cake using Uji matcha pursues the perfect balance with "Betsubara cream". Finished so that the matcha has a gentle scent.
