Sushiro "Kotsumigeta Matsuri"

from the World's Oceans "Kotsumigeta Matsuri" from the World's Oceans will be held at all Sushiro stores for a limited time starting August 30, 2012. The "Classic Gateau Chocolat," a sweet blending two types of chocolate, will be available from the Sushiro Café Department.

Classic Gateau Chocolat

Sushiro "Classic Gateau Chocolat

A gâteau chocolat carefully baked with two kinds of chocolate and served with "Betsubara cream" developed over a period of about one year. The dark chocolate is a blend of Dominican cacao with a fruity acidity and Ghanaian cacao with a strong cacao flavor, giving it a deep flavor. Enjoy it with light and milky "betsubara cream.
