Kappa Sushi To go Limited "Mega Unagi Ikura Chirashizushi"

Kappa Sushi will release a To go limited "Mega Unagi Ikura Chirashizushi" on July 1st. The price is 10,000 yen (excluding tax). The sale period is until August 30th. It will end as soon as it runs out.

The second "Mega Chirashizushi" series, "Mega Unagi Ikura Chirashizushi," features the summer tradition of "eel kabayaki." On top of sprinkled eggs and cucumbers, the savory eel kabayaki is still spread over the heel, and the ruby-colored shimmering salmon roe is luxuriously topped with dodon in the center.
