sugar 1/2 teaspoon
sweet sake 1 tablespoon
soy sauce 1 tablespoon

2 cucumbers 2 teaspoons ginger
1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame

How to make

Cut the cucumber into julienne. It is easier to slice diagonally, stack 4 to 5 sheets, and cut from the edge.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, mix cucumber and ginger and fry.
