Cucumber Kinpira
Ingredients (for 2 people)
2 cucumbers 2 teaspoons ginger1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon mirin
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame
How to make
Cut the cucumber into julienne. It is easier to slice diagonally, stack 4 to 5 sheets, and cut from the edge.Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, mix cucumber and ginger and fry.
When it becomes soft, add sugar, mirin, and soy sauce, and boil down while mixing so that it spreads throughout.
When the juice is gone, turn off the heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and mix to finish.
