Ingredients (for 2 servings)

1 can simmered mackerel in miso
1 tofu
1 teaspoon garlic clove
1 teaspoon ginger tube
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Spring onions, to taste
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon potato starch dissolved in water

Directions

Cut tofu into 2 cm cubes and green onion into small pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a pan, saute ginger and garlic, and when fragrant, add all the juice from the can.
