Ingredients
Shrimp 100g (3.53oz)1/2 teaspoon sake
A pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon potato starch
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon ketchup
1/2 teaspoon sugar
A plastic bag for cooking is useful.
Method of Preparation
1. put the shrimp, salt, sake and potato starch in a plastic bag and rub them together.
Place in a heatproof dish, cover with fluffy plastic wrap, and microwave (600w) for 1 minute.

Add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and sugar, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 1 minute.

4. give it a quick stir and you're done!
