Ingredients (for 1 person)
1 piece of shrimp1 egg
Sauce to taste
Mayonnaise to taste
Aonori (green laver) to taste
Tempura dregs to taste
Small shrimps, to taste
Salad oil to taste
Directions for preparation
Spread the sauce on the shrimp cakes. Spread a thin layer over the entire surface.Heat salad oil in a frying pan and fry a fried egg. At this time, make sure that the eggs are cooked to a size that does not stick out of the shrimp casserole.
Put the fried egg on top of the shrimp and top with tenkasu, small shrimps, mayonnaise, and aonori!
