・ Full bloom-Strawberry and cherry blossom shortcake-
A beautifully decorated shortcake with the image of a gorgeous blooming cherry blossom. Strawberries cut to look like cherry blossom petals and fragrant cherry bean paste cream are combined. The price is 1,100 yen per piece (tax included, same below), and the Ginza store is 1,300 yen. The Shibuya Seibu store, Honkawakoshi Pepe store, Kashiwanoha T-SITE store, Iias Tsukuba store, Takasaki OPA store, and Emifull Matsumae store are 800 yen (the design is different from the photo).


・ Hazakura-Strawberry and Matcha Cream Shortcake-
Raspberry cream is used inside, and a shortcake with the image of leaf cherry blossoms where the cherry blossoms turn into fresh green with a contrast of pink and green. Matcha cream is used to express the strawberries that look like the petals of falling cherry blossoms and the young leaves that have begun to sprout.
