How does it taste?

Well, I was curious about the taste! I knew it existed, but this was the first time for me to try cauliflower rice. I knew it existed, but this was my first time eating cauliflower rice, and I'm not a big fan of cauliflower. ...... I was happy that I could limit the sugar content, but I was a little worried if I could enjoy it.

The first thing I felt when it was served to me was the unique aroma of cauliflower. The smell of cauliflower is more pronounced than I expected when I boiled it in a pot. The cauliflower is quite strong. ......!

The smell of cauliflower.

I tossed it with the roux and took a bite. ......, Huh! Delicious! I can't say it's "just like real rice," but it has a good texture and is very satisfying to eat. When combined with the roux, the unique flavor of the cauliflower mellowed out nicely. I never knew curry and cauliflower could go together so well!

What impressed me the most was that the feeling of fullness after eating was lighter than rice. It doesn't weigh you down or make you feel full. For me, one plate was enough to fill me up for about 8.5 minutes, but men who are very hungry may feel a little short. Men may want to order a large serving of cauliflower rice.

Easy to eat!

Coco Ichi also has a wide variety of salads on the menu, so if you are worried about the lack of volume or the lack of dietary fiber while restricting sugar, you can add your favorite salad. It is also recommended to adjust the toppings according to how you are feeling that day and your calorie goal, such as adding egg or tuna for nutritional balance, or adding sausage or fried chicken to increase the volume. And of course, you can always add some "crispy chicken" or "spinach" to your curry!
