According to Coco Ichibanya, Taiwanese ramen is so widely loved in Aichi Prefecture that many restaurants offer it on their menus, and this time they have prepared a summer-only menu for the residents of the prefecture. The menu was inspired by the Taiwanese ramen made at Pasta de Coco, a spaghetti restaurant specializing in ankake (spaghetti with starchy sauce), which is affiliated with Cocoichi, mainly in Aichi Prefecture.

Coco Ichi's classic pork curry is combined with a punchy Taiwanese minced fish to which is added deep-fried garlic and hot raayu. The spiciness of the curry is made more intense by the addition of the raayu, while the half-boiled egg adds a mildness to the curry that can be enjoyed by a wide range of people. If you are not satisfied with the spiciness, you can change the spiciness of the curry.

In principle, it is available at all Coco Ichi-stores in Aichi Prefecture, with a few exceptions. The Nagoya Dome store, Fukiage Hall store, Maker's Pier store, Aichi Medical University store, Centrair store, and Chukyo Racecourse store are also excluded.
