Stir-fried minced meat & cabbage sweet and spicy curry
Ingredients (for 2-3 people)
1/4 cabbage 1 onion 1 minced meat 200g (7.05oz)2 teaspoons of sesame oil
2 tablespoons of salt and pepper and a little soy sauce
1 tablespoon of mirin and sake
2 teaspoons of sugar and curry powder
Japanese-style dashi stock, tube ginger, potato starch 1 teaspoon
How to make
Cut the cabbage into 3 cm squares. Slice the onion thinly and cut it in half.Mix sugar, soy sauce, sake, mirin, curry powder, Japanese-style dashi-no-moto, and tube ginger in a container.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and fry in the order of onions and cabbage.
When the whole is tender, add minced meat and fry further.
When the color of the minced meat changes, sprinkle the seasoning in the container and mix. Increase the heat and simmer.
When the water is low, add potato starch dissolved in the same amount of water to thicken and complete.
