Ingredients (for 2 servings
) - 200g (7.05oz) white meat (without muscle)- 1/2 onion
- 2 eggs
- 2 bowls of rice
- 2 tablespoons mirin (sweet cooking rice wine)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/3 teaspoon Japanese granulated soup stock
- 150cc water
- Toppings to taste
Directions
1. Add mirin, sugar, soy sauce, Japanese granulated soup stock and water to a frying pan and bring to a boil over medium heat.2. Remove the muscle, add the white meat cut into bite-size pieces and thinly sliced onion, and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add beaten eggs, turn off the heat when half-cooked, cover and steam for 1 minute.
4. Place the ingredients on a bowl of rice, sprinkle with mitsuba leaves, etc. as desired, and you are done!
