The new dessert fair "Alice in Rose Labyrinth" will be held from September 6th to November 6th at the "Marble Lounge" on the 1st floor of Hilton Tokyo.

Imagine a slightly dark trap that Alice encounters in the labyrinth of roses and mirrors, a tricky world of mirrors, and a sweet tea party beyond. Enjoy artistic desserts by executive pastry chef Osamu Harita in a beautiful space reminiscent of a European aristocratic mansion.


"Labyrinth Noir Waiting for Hatter" wraps blackberry and blueberry jelly in Valrhona's bitter chocolate mousse and expresses labyrinth with delicate chocolate. The bright red cookie base and the saltiness of the flule de cel in the mousse are accented.


"Alice's Heart Labyrinth" is elegant with a pillow-like shape that puts a crown on it and chocolate that reminds you of lace. Rich Assam tea and milk chocolate mousse with rose essence and vanilla compote pear and apple.


Small potions that are cute even when served on a plate are "Queen Alice's Nari", which is a white wine mousse with no flower fruit, plum, and custard paste, and coconut mousse and lemon with ginger. Cream tart "The tail is not hidden! White rabbit trap failure" etc. You can also enjoy the classic "Drink Me" and "Hatter" made with terrine chocolate.


The lineup includes baked goods such as "walnut and caramel scones", glass sweets including "fromage blanc with black tapioca", three types of chocolate fountains, and a wide variety of savory. Drinks include a selection of regular coffee and cappuccino, as well as 10 new teas from the German luxury tea brand Ronnefeld.
