The pink strawberry dessert buffet "Christmas Girl's Room" will start on November 1st at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba's Seascape Terrace Dining. Held until January 7, 2021.

This strawberry dessert buffet shows a girl waiting for Christmas preparing for a party that is about to begin in a room decorated in pink. Plates and place mats are also arranged in pink to match the pink room, and you can enjoy strawberry dessert in the adult cute Girl's Room with attention to detail.


The first dish is a table service dessert that guests can finish as they like. Remove the glass that looks like a "snow globe" and top with fresh strawberries or strawberry sauce as you like.


In the buffet corner, "Strawberry Chiffon Cake", "Strawberry Grilled Tart", and "Strawberry Mousse" will appear as whole cakes. In consideration of hygiene, "Strawberry Panna Cotta" and "Pink Lemonade Jelly", "Strawberry Trifle" with strawberry sauce and whipped cream sandwiched with sponge, and "Hot Wine", a standard drink in the Christmas market, with jelly and cinnamon sticks. "Hot wine-style jelly of strawberry and grape" is served as a glass dessert.


Freshly baked French toast is prepared in the chef's live performance corner. You can choose from two sauces, strawberry milk sauce and bacon cream.


Based on a new lifestyle, thorough temperature measurement, regular disinfection and ventilation, and splash prevention measures are implemented. Consideration is also given to ensuring social distance and avoiding contact.
