At the "Marble Lounge" on the 1st floor of Hilton Tokyo, the summer sweets buffet "Crystal Mermaid in White Lagoon" will be held from June 4th. Held daily from 14:30 to 17:30 in a three-part system.

A summer sweets buffet inspired by the princess mermaid, who appears in a mysterious scene where the clear blue sky, the emerald green sea, and the sunlight shining on the surface of the water shine. In addition to about 30 new sweets by Hilton Tokyo Executive Pastry Chef Osamu Harita, there are about 20 kinds of drinks such as 5 kinds of light meals and tea selection of German luxury tea brand Ronnefeld and non-alcoholic cocktails. You can enjoy an elegant summer afternoon tea time with soothing wave sound effects and cool projection mapping.


At Hilton Tokyo, we are implementing various initiatives to safely deliver the fun and excitement of a buffet even in new everyday situations. The buffet table, which is a popular photo spot, has been changed to a "presentation buffet" where you can take pictures in a beautiful state at any time by setting replicas of the sweets you actually provide and decorations according to the theme. In addition to a photogenic sweets wagon going around each table, freshly prepared sweets will be prepared on the spot, and a "live station" will be held where the chef will serve each dish.


Sweets include "Princess Mermaid Tiara" with plenty of dragon fruit, "Rosie Shell Treasure" reminiscent of elegant snails, and "Blue Lagoon" with cool colors. You can also enjoy carefully made small potion sweets such as "Koisuru Mermaid" and "Sunset Jelly", which are made of Galette Bretonne dough that looks like a mermaid's tail.


Also pay attention to the summer feast presented by the head chef Marshall Difford. "Gazpacho", "scallop marinara pasta", "seafood tomato stew", etc. are available.
