A strawberry dessert fair with the theme of "Strawberry Psychedelic 60s" will be held at the "Marble Lounge" on the 1st floor of Hilton Tokyo. The period is from December 26th to May 31st, 2018.

A fair where you can enjoy decorations inspired by the pop art and fashion of the 1960s, along with about 30 kinds of strawberry desserts. The world of primary colors, which is a combination of original art by printmaker Mitsushige Nishiwaki and projection mapping on two screens, will expand.

The lineup includes standard cakes such as "Strawberry Tart" with strawberry and marshmallow on almond dough, rose-flavored cream and raspberry jam, "Macaron Strawberry" with strawberry, and "Strawberry Charlotte Cake". In addition, new works such as "Strawberry Open Face Cake" and "Berry Mousse", which are chocolate sponge cakes covered with whipped cream and strawberries and sprinkled with chocolate sauce, will be released one after another.

We offer not only fresh strawberries that are spilled in a glass, but also glass sweets, baked goods, and two types of chocolate fountains. In addition, light meals such as sandwiches and pasta will appear on a daily basis. It's perfect for an elegant tea time or a late lunch.
