The annual Strawberry Sweets Buffet will be held from December 26th at the "Marble Lounge" on the 1st floor of Hilton Tokyo. The new theme of the famous fair is "RSVP. Invitation from Alice".

We are implementing various initiatives to safely provide the buffet in our new daily life. The buffet table, which is a popular photo spot, has been changed to a "presentation buffet" where you can take pictures in a beautiful state at any time by setting replicas of the sweets you actually offer and decorations according to the theme. In addition to the sweets wagon going around each table, freshly prepared sweets are prepared on the spot at the live station and served for each plate. In addition, each table is equipped with a lovely birdcage-style stand, and bite-sized baked goods are prepared in advance.


This time, the buffet start time has been advanced by 3 hours. By changing the reservation from the conventional two-part system to a six-part system, we will guide you in small groups to avoid congestion.

The buffet includes more than 20 new strawberry sweets by Hilton Tokyo Executive Pastry Chef Osamu Harita, inspired by Lewis Carroll's "Alice in Wonderland." "Alice's Rose Heart Strawberry Tart", "Spring Calling Frezier", "Rose Wreath", etc. are all gorgeous finishes.


At this tea party, which can also be enjoyed as lunch, about 15 kinds of dishes from appetizers to main dishes appear on a daily basis. You can enjoy a lineup that uses plenty of fruits and vegetables as well as British specialties.


There are about 20 kinds of drinks, including 10 kinds of tea from German luxury tea brand Ronnefeld. "Strawberry Field", which has a sweet strawberry scent that goes well with milk, and "Red Berry's", a non-caffeine fruit herbal tea, are offered as pot services.
