Hilton Tokyo Strawberry Dessert Buffet "Strawberry Prima"

The strawberry dessert buffet "Strawberry Prima" will be held from December 26th to the end of March 2020 at the "Marble Lounge" on the 1st floor of Hilton Tokyo.

The new theme of the famous fair is "Strawberry Prima" with the motif of the romantic world of ballerinas. Many famous scenes inspired by ballet masterpieces are expressed with strawberry sweets. Also pay attention to the baby pink pointe shoes, silky feathers and fur, and the decoration using multiple layers of tutu.

The lineup includes about 30 types of new strawberry sweets by Chef Harita, light meals, and about 20 types of drinks, including 10 types of tea from German luxury tea brand Ronnefeld. As a new service, ballerina-style staff will go around the store, and a special menu that is not on the buffet table will be offered on a daily basis.

The new strawberry tart "Strawberry Prima" is a custard cream with a refreshing sour rhubarb topped with plenty of large strawberries. The peach-flavored cream is an accent.
