Marie Antoinette Sweets Haute Couture, a dessert fair with the theme of Queen Marie Antoinette of France, will be held from July 1st to September 30th at the "Marble Lounge" on the 1st floor of Hilton Tokyo.

A fair inspired by Marie Antoinette, who reigned as a fashion leader in France in the 18th century. Dresses and hats with lace and ribbons, pastel shoes, glittering jewels and more, you can enjoy a variety of desserts dedicated to the queen in a space that looks into Marie Antoinette's dress room.


After passing through the garden-style entrance of the Palace of Versailles in early summer, you will find a space colored in gold and pastel colors based on turquoise blue. The "Marble Lounge," which has a spiral staircase in the center and a colonnade up to the second floor, has been reorganized from 208 seats to 160 seats. All tables are equipped with a bird cage type afternoon tea stand.


Dessert is not a self-service that is separated from the buffet, but a new style in which the wagon goes around the seat and the staff provides dessert service. At the new "Live Station," chefs prepare desserts on request and prepare freshly prepared dishes for each dish.


The lineup includes the fragrant shortcake "Queen's Rose Garden" finished with rose whipped cream, "Shapo Rose" with the image of a fashionable queen's hat, and "Eat biscuits" topped with plenty of raspberries. Cool glass sweets, macaroons, madeleines, etc. are also delivered by wagon.


For drinks, we offer a selection of 10 types of black tea suitable for early summer presented by the luxury tea brand Ronnefeld. You can enjoy it with sweets such as "Doo Drop", which is a blend of rose petals and pineapple peel based on Chinese green tea, and "Morgentau", which is popular for its mango and citrus scents.
