This is somen made from konjac flour, soybean flour, and water-soluble dietary fiber. 14kcal per bag (150g (5.29oz)), 0.9g (0.32oz) sugar. No pretreatment such as boiling or removing lye is required, and you can eat it immediately by washing it with water.
