"7 Premium Chicken Meat and Broccoli" is a frozen food containing high protein and low calorie chicken meat and broccoli. To eat, the frozen product is microwaved in its container with the lid open to the dotted line. The estimated heating time is approximately 2 minutes and 40 seconds at 500W and 2 minutes and 10 seconds at 600W. The content is 150 g and the calorie content is 121 kcal.



As the name suggests, the contents are very simple. It contains chicken meat and broccoli. What surprised me was how moist the chicken meat was! It is very tender and almost not dry at all. Just the right amount of saltiness.
