If you have other ingredients that you use all the time, such as soy sauce and sesame oil, add them.

● How to make

Melt the egg and cut the ingredients of your choice to the appropriate size.

Put the beaten egg and rice in a frying pan heated with oil and sprinkle gelatin evenly over the whole. Then fry it over high heat. Gelatin traps the water in the rice and makes it plump and fluffy.

● What is the taste?

I noticed it from the stage of frying ... There is no stickiness that I always felt when making fried rice! The rice does not harden and mixes smoothly with the ingredients in a well-balanced manner.

When I try to eat it, each grain of rice is plump and has a texture that melts in my mouth. It has a chewy texture that is moist when chewed, but it does not feel sticky at all. The best!
