Prefecture Melon Sweets Sweets using Ibaraki Prefecture melons are available at Ginza KOJI CORNER fresh cake stores from May 13 to around June 6. The lineup includes petit decorations, shortcakes, and tarts.

The

"red flesh" melon with rich sweetness and mellow aroma, and the "green flesh" melon with fresh sweetness and aroma, both produced in Ibaraki Prefecture, can be tasted in this single-serving size decorated cake. The fluffy melon-flavored sponge is sandwiched between melon and cheese-flavored cream, which goes well with melon. The mild acidity of the cheese-flavored cream enhances the sweetness and freshness of the melon. The price is 734 yen (tax included).


Seasonal shortcake featuring two types

of melon

: the richly sweet and mellow "red flesh" melon from Ibaraki Prefecture and the refreshingly sweet and fragrant "green flesh" melon. Fluffy melon-flavored sponge sandwiches a moderately sweet condensed milk cream with melon and apple jelly custard. You can enjoy the harmony of the rich sweetness and aroma of the cream and melon that fills your mouth. The price is 583 yen.

Two Kinds of Melon Tart

: A seasonal tart featuring a rich red melon and a refreshing green melon. The richly flavored tart is layered with a refreshingly sweet melon-flavored custard and sponge, decorated with two kinds of melons, and topped with whipped cream and whipped cream. The mellow taste of melon fills the mouth. The price is 626 yen.

Two Kinds of Melon Decoration (No. 4)

A decorated cake featuring red and green melons. Fluffy sponge is sandwiched between moderately sweet condensed milk cream and melon and apple jam. The top is decorated with rich whipped cream and melon. The melon's melt-in-your-mouth sweetness stands out in the simple taste of cream and sponge.


To be enjoyed over a three-month long run until August 15, melons from Ibaraki and other regions are selected according to the time of year in which they are in season. The large melons are boldly decorated, appropriate for festive occasions and family gatherings. The price is 2,700 yen.

There are no fresh cake stores in Hokkaido, Kyushu, Fukui, Kyoto, Shiga, Tottori, Shimane, Yamaguchi, Ehime, and Kochi prefectures.
