"red flesh" melon with rich sweetness and mellow aroma, and the "green flesh" melon with fresh sweetness and aroma, both produced in Ibaraki Prefecture, can be tasted in this single-serving size decorated cake. The fluffy melon-flavored sponge is sandwiched between melon and cheese-flavored cream, which goes well with melon. The mild acidity of the cheese-flavored cream enhances the sweetness and freshness of the melon. The price is 734 yen (tax included).
