The key to the deliciousness is the butter cream with rich chestnut paste kneaded into it. Marron glace made from Italian chestnuts is added to the chestnut butter cream to give it a rich chestnut flavor with a moderate sweetness. The cookie dough is also made of two kinds of dough, one chestnut-colored and the other plain, so that the chestnut flavor can be felt at first glance. The dough is made of glutinous millet, which gives the cookies a crispy texture with a crunchy accent.

The thickly cut, dense baked sweet potato is filled with a rich custard cream combined with butter cream and sprinkled with bittersweet caramelized sugar chips to recreate the crispy texture of a crème brûlée.
